"We were lucky that we found Palmer Electric when we did. The house was a electrical nightmare. We needed to update it to 2017 Codes. Rick Palmer came out to do the estimate, and I was able to see what actually was wrong with place during the hour inspection. His team of electricians then proceeded to update my home ,back yard , shed.and gazebo. Thanks to Claudia for being a big help over the phone in scheduling the work and getting the Team in ASAP. Their electricians Steve, Vinny and Brian came out to make a " silk purse out of a sows ear" so to speak on my house. All three were Professional and Knowledgeable in their work they had to do. I was able to stand near by and ask questions as they did their work. On the last day, Palmer Electric finished up by coordinating with National Grid to disconnect the main leads to the house, and the Palmer team was able to finish their work on the main cable and meter installation, before reconnect. The inspector gave them the OK and that was a Big Relief to me!! Many Thanks to the Palmer Team! Onondaga county is lucky to have a reputable company to complete all your electrical needs."
